TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have over fifteen years of experience in public schools. I've taught grades four through six, mentored, created curriculum and worked as a supervisor. I enjoy creating resources and lessons that are exciting, motivating, engaging, and hands-on. I also believe personal connections to the real world, and allowing students to work collaboratively enhances the learning experience. I am so excited to share some of my favorite resources on Teachers Pay Teachers!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Teaching and learning should be fun, challenging, and personalized. I believe students learn best when they are excited to participate in the learning experience. Hands-on learning provides students with opportunities to get involved, communicate with their classmates, and take ownership for their learning. Activities that allow students to think outside of the box and be creative are wonderful.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I am HONORED to make a difference in my students' lives.
