TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have spent more than 25 years enriching the lives of children. I have taught in South Africa & internationally (15 years), in private & government schools, tutor centres & special needs classrooms. Now, I am sharing my extensive knowledge and experiences with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals. During these years I have held a variety of Senior Management, mentorship & advisory positions.

MY TEACHING STYLE

The well-being and involvement of active, learning children is at the centre of everything I do. I am dedicated to the importance of 'Learning through play' and believe that it should not be a privilege limited to our youngest children. I believe in holistic development where all learning is interwoven.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

In 2022 I received a Paul Harris Award (from Rotary) for my outreach project - EMPTY TOY BOX EDUCATION.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I studied at the University of Pretoria (B.Prim ED) and specialised in EYFS through North London. I have since then developed my professional skills though CPD. I am an endorsed by Care for Education as both a Six Bricks and Duplo Play facilitator.
