This is a great sub plan to start or wrap up the School unit for Spanish 1 or 2 and depending on how detailed you want your students to be, it could take up to 2 days to complete. There's lots of flexibility with the content. Students are asked to research different cultural topics divided into eight school content areas (Math, Art, Science, etc.).
