How To Measure Length - A Writing Activity
Another step-by-step writing activity by Mr. K's Kindergarten!
This was created to be used during your measurement unit, but can also be used as a stand-alone activity. Incorporating multiple content area lessons in one, you get a bigger "bang for your buck".
I introduced this activity about a week or two after introducing our measurement unit and the processes for measuring length so that my students were already familiar with the steps before being expected to write them.
