Literature Circle Teacher Notes

Student Conference Notes Tracker
I created this grid after trying to juggle all of my quick 1:1 conferences with students. My school requires that I take anecdotal notes on students, and this is a great place to record and track them. This weekly grid helped me see which students I had met with during that week, and which ones I still needed to conference with.
