TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am an ENL teacher in a suburban school district. Currently I service students through both a push-in and pull-out model. I work with students in grades 5-7 in a middle school. My students' proficiency levels range from Entering to Commanding. In the most recent years I have been given the opportunity to teach 5th and 6th grade newcomers with very limited resources. This experience inspired me to create a lot of my materials on my page. I have personally used all of the novel studies with my students which really helped build their confidence and ensure understanding in their regular ed classrooms.
