AP Calculus Extra Credit Opportunity
Sometimes kids in AP Calculus take longer to learn a concept and need a second chance. This extra credit opportunity provides a rubric for students to create their own Free-Response Question. APStatistics Midyear Review: You Sunk My Battleship!
Students execute the different methods of sampling to the Battleship Game. Students are asked to conduct a test of association using class data on sampling method and accuracy and a linear regression on their sampling and prediction data. Students utilize the sampling techniques to gain a "representative sample" of the population, capturing key features of the population in sample (and how some features may be missed). This sets the stage for students into statistical inference.
