Thanks for your interest in my sing and read book, On Top of Spaghetti! Simply print pages 4 – 14 on card stock, laminate the pages, and bind the left side of the book. (I created the book so the text and images are a tad off center to accommodate the bulkiness of the comb binding coil.) Tip: I chose to print most of the pages back-to-back to save card stock.
