This product is a very simple 10-page mini book on different food groups. It includes information and talking points on fruits, veggies, proteins, dairy, grains, and junk food. Students are given the opportunity at the end to draw a picture of their favorite food from each food group, as well, as draw their favorite way to get exercise!
