Spiraling Through the ELA Common Core Standards
This form can be used as a planning form while preparing an ELA lesson to ensure greater coverage of the Common Core standards. Simply add your resource titles and pages next to the standard (and cross reference the standard in your copy of the text).
The form is also useful for planning formative and summative assessment items that provide broader coverage of standards.
After testing, I have used it in reviewing the data from benchmarks by noting the percentages achieved for each standard
