Experiment Lab Report - Grade 2

I developed this resource as part of a multi-age science class taught for home school students. The students kept a lab journal (I would usually make copies of the procedures and they would glue them in their journals, until their writing skills improved) and would write down observations and conclusions as we worked. I encouraged them to draw diagrams of the experiments. In this project, students pick ONE of the labs we did in a unit and write up a "formal" lab report. The zip file includes:
